Salesforce's first thought leadership program that magnifies success and inspires women (and allies) by exposing them to women who have blaze new trails in their profession.
Project Overview
The Problem
Businesses with the most females have on average, 42% greater return on sales, 53% better return on equity and 66% greater return on invested capital. Equality drives business success. Unfortunately, there is a gender gap in the sales profession and not enough magnification on the success women in sales make and how they can elevate their careers.
The Solution
A thought leadership program to celebrate and share inspiring stories that demonstrate the importance and impact of equality in the workplace.
Project Goals
- Create a community and network for women (and their allies) in sales
- Be an industry leader in addressing the gender gap in Sales
