EHVSC Game
A web-based game that demonstrates how Einstein High Velocity Sales Cloud (EHVSC), a Salesforce product, helps reps sell smarter and faster.
Einstein High Velocity Sales Cloud helps sales reps sell smarter by using AI to prioritize the best leads first and sell faster by reducing the number of clicks to process leads. A demonstration is needed to give potential customers a fun way to understand and learn about this process without getting into the product itself.
A web-based game helps demonstrate that EHVSC makes converting leads easy. EHVSC gives remote seller a faster, and smarter way to click, call, and convert. The game – no big surprise here – gamifies that process and highlights the big advantages of using Einstein AI.
The game was originally designed to display on both desktop and mobile for potential customers but resulted in being used as a demo at Dreamforce.

A little planning goes a long way. I refined the user journey to help me plan the flow of the game. It also helped the team get a holistic view of the user experience.
I got involved halfway into this project, so a design was already underway. I saw the need to improve the visual design and the UX for a better game experience, so I redesigned it.
